1. Unable to start
Firstly, immediately cut off the power supply, carefully observe whether there are any problems with the wiring, and manually check whether the mechanical parts are stuck. Then, check whether the cables and coils of the micro vibration motor are electrified and leaking, and whether they exceed the load. If not, there may be a problem with the stator or rotor winding;
2. Noise during operation
Listen carefully to the sound of the micro vibration motor. The piercing sound is usually caused by damage to the bearing ball. The hissing sound is usually caused by a lack of oil. If the noise is loud, it may be caused by loose bolts.
3. Low insulation resistance
In a humid environment, the insulation value of the motor is very low due to water ingress. In addition, due to too much oil on the winding, the insulation value is also prone to decrease. Additionally, the insulation layer is aging. In this case, the coil of the micro vibration motor must be dried.
4. Overheating of bearings
Through infrared thermometers, we can accurately and quickly understand the temperature of bearings. If the bearing is severely overheated, there will be a burning smell and black smoke, and it may even get stuck and unable to rotate. This indicates that the vibration motor operates at high current for a long time, resulting in oil shortage and high temperature. In this case, the machine must be quickly shut down. When the temperature of the micro vibration motor drops, please add high-temperature resistant grease. If the bearing is damaged, please replace it with a new one.
